Boko Haram reportedly slit the throats of 10 fishermen in villages near Baga

Boko Haram members on Monday July 27th raided some villages near the town of Baga i
n Borno state, slitting the throat of 10 fishermen and destroying their properties.Speaking to AFP today, Abubakar Gamandi, head of the fishermen's union in Borno State said,

“On Monday around 4 pm, Boko Haram attacked three villages on the shores of Lake. Chad where they slaughtered 10 people, all of them fishermen,”

The report was further confirmed by a local fisherman, Buhari Dan-Malam.
