Halle Berry filed for divorce a day after Olivier Martinez filed, both used aliases to file

According to a report by TMZ, Halle Berry filed for divorce on Monday October 26th, a day after estranged husband Olivier Martinez filed but her filing went under the radar because she didn't use her real name. She used Hal Maria. Hal short for Halle and Maria is her middle name and she supposedly did it for privacy reasons, while her husband also used an alias, filing as Oliver Martin.

Their 2 year old son Maceo was even listed as an alias - Mac Martin. It's not yet certain if it's legal to file under an alias. TMZ also reports that Halle did not properly serve Olivier ... she just handed him the documents, which she's not allowed to do. Under California law, a party to an action can't serve the other party.
